Despite the rainy weather, the 40th annual Oyster Fest in Oyster Bay proved to be a massive success, attracting nearly 200,000 enthusiastic attendees. This beloved food festival featured an impressive array of over 30 different oyster varieties, including raw, fried, and wood fire-cooked options.
