Thailand International Boat Show 2024: A spotlight on Asia-Pacific’s marine leisure sector

In 2024, the spotlight in the Asia-Pacific marine leisure sector will be on the second annual Thailand International Boat Show, a luxury lifestyle event that aims to cement Thailand's reputation as an elite yachting destination. This event promises to be a grand spectacle, with over 80% of the in-water space already booked and a fresh onshore layout that will showcase the best of boating and luxury lifestyle across Asia to the global audience.

Hosted at the magnificent Royal Phuket Marina and meticulously organized by JAND Events, the "Thailand International Boat Show: A Luxury Lifestyle Event" marks the conclusion of an almost two-month-long festival of marine events. These events are designed to spotlight Thailand's world-class racing, superyachts, and its credentials in boating and luxury living on the global stage.

For the 2024 edition, visitors can anticipate more than 50 boats in the water, with numerous marine and luxury lifestyle businesses already confirming their presence onshore. This comprehensive event will host a wide range of businesses, offering everything from marine products and services to cutting-edge technology and lifestyle experiences. The co-founder of Asia Pacific Superyachts in Phuket, a leading superyacht services provider, shared the enthusiasm for the forthcoming event, stating, "It's great to see that the Thailand International Boat Show is set to grow again this year! The region is experiencing a resurgence in tourist numbers, and people are eager to explore and travel in this vibrant part of the world."

The organizers, JAND Events, have some exciting new additions in store for the 2024 show, including:

1. An All-New Onshore Exhibition Space: A purpose-built, air-conditioned marquee will be erected in Royal Phuket Marina's Town Square, seamlessly connecting the in-water, onshore, and social spaces for visitors.

2. Thailand Yachting Conference (10 January): This conference, scheduled a day before the show opens, will bring together government officials and leading industry professionals to share insights on regulations, cruising grounds, infrastructure, superyachts, technology, and sustainability.

3. Robb Report "Best of the Best" Yachting Awards (10 January): A first for the Thailand International Boat Show: A Luxury Lifestyle Event, the yachting awards will be hosted by Robb Report and presented at a Gala Dinner the evening before the show opens.

Adding to the prestige of the event, Wade Pearce, Founder & Director of SG Marine Guide Pte, Ltd. and Thai Marine Guide, has been appointed as a consultant and brand ambassador. Pearce will not only organize the Thailand Yachting Conference but also consult with the organizers, JAND Events.

In alignment with the Thai government's aspirations to stimulate yacht tourism, JAND Events is collaborating closely with the Thai Yachting Business Association, the Ministry of Tourism and Sports, the Tourism Authority of Thailand, the Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau, as well as industry stakeholders and media partners to elevate Thailand as a world-class yachting hub.

With these optimizations, the article is better prepared for search engine ranking, as it includes relevant keywords and phrases in the title, URL title, tags, and search description. This should enhance its visibility in search results related to yachting events and luxury lifestyle in Thailand's marine sector.
